Yes, non-geeky folk who wouldn't know how to use talk if it came up and
bit them in the ass. AIM is not dead, the AOL crowd uses it to communicate
between themselves and AOL has a nice supported tcl/tk unix version for
free. I meat some nice people from NY over the break and they use AOL & I
want to stay in touch. My cousin in LA uses AOL. Infact most non-geeks who
are online use AOL and this way I can communicate with them without using
AOL myself.
