used PS + ATX case

Hi,

	I'm looking for some used equipment to put together a system for a friend who
is fiscally challenged.  Does anyone here know of a source for surplus or used
equipment.  In particular, I'd like to get ahold of an ATX case with at least a
250 Watt power supply.  I've been using the PCP&C 300 Watt power supplies and
they have been rock solid.  This guy can't afford that though.  The mo.bo. and
CPU I will probably buy new to be safe, but any input there would be helpful too
(I caught your note on the Celeron chip...thanks).  Also, does anyone have any
negative experience with buying equipment over the internet.  

	I appreciate any help.
