tip is normally about 30v already... ring should be about 90v

will give you a nice shock :)

I got shocked using a timing light on my dad's old car... that was the
weirdest one... I leaned my knee against the metal bumper while I had the
light going, and I got shocked (somehow, still confused about that one)
