Quick question -- I was talking to a friend about Mae-West, but I realized
I don't know who actually owns the building in downtown? All I know is it's
a peering point, so presumably there's lots of fiberoptic cable running to
it (owned by various phone companies) and routers, switches, etc. owned
by various ISPs. But who is the organizing force? My guess it the gov. has
something to do with it, since there's a 2nd branch up at Moffett.
