Indeed, the very same lights N/NE of the library are the ones in
question. We, too, pontificated wildly on the meaning and
significance of the lights.
I sure hope, for the alien's sake, they don't think it's a SECRET
military base. Lord knows WE all saw something fishy was going
on right away!
All shall be resolved in a mere 4-5 hours...
