For those of you who read german, this is from German news sources.
According to the European Space Agency, it's supposed to enter the
atmosphere between 10:30pm tonight and 1pm tomorrow, Central European Time.
That's 1 hour east of GMT I guess, making it most likely during the day
tomorrow. The report say it is expected to burn up during re-entry because
although it has a heat shield, it is starting to tumble.

Darmstadt. Der ausser Kontrolle geratene chinesische Satellit wird zwischen
heute Abend, 22:30 MEZ, und morgen Mittag, 13:00 MEZ, in die Erdatmosphaere
eintreten. Das europaeische Organisationszentrum fuer Weltraumforschung
schliesst einen Absturz ueber Norddeutschland aus. Da die Taumelbewegungen
des mit einem Hitzeschutzschild ausgeruesteten Flugkoerpers staerker geworden
sind, ist es sogar sehr wahrscheinlich, dass er beim Eintritt in die
Erdatmosphaere vergluehen wird, sagte ein Mitarbeiter.
